Booking and COVID 19 Protocols 

  1. Book your appointment online or by phone. You will be sent an email confirming your booking details and an online COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire, to be completed to day before your appointment.  If you do not have email this will be communicated over the phone. 

  2. Complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire the day before your scheduled appointment. If you answer any question with Yes, then will need to cancel your appointment. There will be no cancelation fee in this instance.

  3. Your therapist will be calling you the day before your treatment to confirm you have received, understood and completed the screening questions.

  4. Please wear a disposable paper mask before entering the clinic. If you do not have one available to bring we will provide a one.  These are to be worn in the clinic and during treatment if you are lying face up or side-lying. Your therapist will be replacing their surgical mask between clients as well. 

  5. Please arrive in the clinic no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.  If someone is driving you to your appointment they must stay in the vehicle, please no additional people in the in the clinic space. If they are required for assistance they must be wearing a mask as well and must leave the clinic during your treatment.

  6. Upon entering the clinic we require everyone to wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds, there will also be hand sanitizer available.

  7. The preferred payment (other than health benefit plans) is through the tap function of your credit/debit card or e-transfers.

  8. Bring a water bottle as we will no longer have our water jug and glasses set out.  We can provide water if requested in a disposable cup.

  9. If on the day of your appointment you have any of the symptoms listed in the questionnaire please call the clinic to cancel and rebook your appointment.  There will be no cancelation fee. Please also follow guidelines set out by the BC Health COVID-19 symptom self assessment tool online at or call 811.

  10. Before treatment you will be go through informed consent with your therapist which will enable the therapist and client to discuss, understand and agree on acceptable levels of risk for the treatment. This will include a review of each client's history which may have a bearing on risk assessment. In some instances both parties may agree to terminate the treatment in the interest of safety. In such cases no charges will be made.
